The essence of what I am more than anything else is a deeply feeling starseed perfect being of love that is here to completely and fully be me. To open my heart and everything so absolutely to the magic of the great mystery, to feel it all, be moved by it, inspired, brought to my knees by the glory of creation, to be in deep personal connection and relationship with source, with love, and for this fundamental relationship with life to emanate forth from my vibration and be a frequency invitation, a guiding light for others, to help them reclaim their own heart radiance, transform obstructions, and remember their own deep personal relationship with creation and love, and the magic of the world. And in this melting merging cultivated relationship I myself deepen into heart knowing of myself through connection to others, to the land, to the container of my life. We nourish each other, spirit and I in a dance, for I only know my reflection upon gazing into the eyes of the other. And, in the full being of my true self, the world supports my every need as the golden threads of synchronicity of my heart-soul light filaments of frequency and intention are woven into the great tapestry of the divine. Only in this full open trusting complete release of control may I be in dynamic and absolute support at every turn. It is in total faith, surrender, and trust in the great mystery of all that is, and in navigating this world from my heart and not my mind alone that I am completely provided for at every step I walk in the great dark void of the unknown, even when I cannot understand how it will go, how this could possibly be in alignment. This is required. There is no fear in full love, but also this complete surrender must be an internal emanation of belief, of be-ing this state of consciousness in every element of my being, and to directly cultivate this from experiencing life as a network of resilient and interconnected relationships. Life is relationship. I am devotion, to the story of connection and abundance. Any hesitation of fear, of the mind, of navigating from a cold dead individual disconnected belief story restricts the ability of the universe to flow and support my highest life experience. Trust, faith, surrender, flow without a shadow of a doubt, wild abandon of control, into the river I release. Spirit, I pray, guide my heart as I walk my journey of connection, gratitude, worship, and devotion.
An Exploration of Shi Liao
— Traditional Chinese Medicine Food Therapy —
The following videos are a simple introduction to the concepts of Shi Liao, how you can begin to truly understand nutrition to empower your food choices.
Food brings the slowest but greatest changes, and every food has unique properties that can be used like medicine to restore harmony. The holistic lens of Chinese medicine offers simple and intuitive ways to understand the nature of food, guiding how we can use it as our greatest medicine.
We can understand their properties by the way they exists in nature and how they taste. Pairing this elemental understanding of food with the holistic nature of the body, we learn to listen and develop a relationship with our food that is enjoyable and intuitive. There is no one ideal diet for everyone at all times, we are all different, and our dietary needs are unique, but we can learn to listen to the pattern language of nature and understand how to nourish the body with exactly what it is asking for in each moment. This creates vitality and healthy bodies that can overcome and prevent illness.

Books
Chinese Medicine Foundations and Theory
Between Heaven and Earth — An excellent introduction to Chinese medicine, no previous knowledge required.
Tao Te Ching: The Way — A series of meditations on the mysterious nature of the Tao — the Way, the light, the very source of all existence. Compiled in China around 2,500 years ago, the Tao Te Ching is a core text in the daoist view of life.
The I Ching — Book of Changes — The I Ching has served for thousands of years as a divination guide to consult the universe, a guide to an ethical life, a manual for rulers, and an oracle of one's personal future and the future of the state, and is at the very foundations of Chinese medicine daoist theory.
The Tao of Pooh — An exploration of daoism (the roots of Chinese medicine) through a beautiful story.
A Tooth From the Tiger’s Mouth — A renowned expert in Chinese sports medicine and martial arts reveals ancient Eastern secrets for healing common injuries, including sprains, bruises, deep cuts, and much more.
Herbalism
Evolutionary Herbalism — A book for the novice, an approach to herbalism that considers the holistic relationship among plants, humans, and the underlying archetypal patterns in Nature. Viewing Western herbal medicine from the same beautiful framework that Chinese medicine uses.

Master Recipes from the Herbal Apothecary — Very similar to the previous book, but has a bit more in depth basic exploration of herbal medicine making.
Plant Medicine and Spirituality
The Secret Teachings of Plants — All ancient and indigenous peoples insisted their knowledge of plant medicines came from the plants themselves and not through trial-and-error experimentation. The heart-centered mode of perception can be exceptionally accurate and detailed in its information gathering capacities if, as indigenous and ancient peoples asserted, the heart’s ability as an organ of perception is developed.
Sacred Plant Medicine — In Sacred Plant Medicine Stephen Harrod Buhner looks at the long-standing relationship between indigenous peoples and plants and examines the techniques and states of mind these cultures use to communicate with the plant world.
Plant Intelligence and the Imaginal Realm — All life forms on Earth possess intelligence, language, a sense of I and not I, and the capacity to dream. By consciously opening the doors of perception, we can reconnect with the living intelligences in Nature as kindred beings, become again non-domesticated explorers of life.
Pharmako/Poeia: Plant Powers, Poisons, and Herbcraft — This trilogy is an encyclopedic study of the history and uses of psychoactive plants and related synthetics. A unique, reliable, and often personal immersion in this medically, culturally, and spiritually fascinating subject.
The Cosmic Serpent: DNA and the Origins of Knowledge — A curious exploration into the possible origins of life on this planet, and explores the deeper mystery of DNA.
Life Reflections and Explorations
The Smell of Rain on Dust: Grief and Praise — A beautiful poetic creation of how the inability that many of us have to grieve and weep properly for the dead is deeply linked with the inability to give praise for living.
Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge and the Teachings of Plants — The awakening of ecological consciousness requires the acknowledgment and celebration of our reciprocal relationship with the rest of the living world.
The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse — A journey for all ages that explores life’s universal lessons through a beautiful story.
The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying — By deeply delving into the art of living helps prepare us for the greatest mystery. Death is an uncomfortable and avoided topic in the west, but we must make friends with the great cycle of life.
Quadrivium: The Four Classical Liberal Arts of Number, Geometry, Music, & Cosmology — Studied from antiquity to the Renaissance as a way of glimpsing the nature of reality. Checkout all the other amazing books by Wooden Books.

Mycelium Running: How Mushrooms Can Help Save the World — A manual for the mycological rescue of the planet. Growing more mushrooms may be the best thing we can do to save the environment.
